At Enigma, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of
our products. As such, we do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are
considered final once the transaction is completed.

 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please

We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full
refund, including shipping.

International Returns and Exchanges
